-BBP training for Michelle Phillips was not current. -CPR/First aid training for Michelle Phillips was not current. -Staff who did not have current food handler's permits were serving children food. -Staff who have worked at the center for over three months have not taken required Child Care Basics training. -Staff had not completed the required trainings noted in WAC 110-300-0106(4) through (8).
